Discord Server launch + Demo v0.9.35 hotfix

Hi all,

I have (finally) set up a very minimal Discord server for those wanting to engage in any kind of discussion around the game, please join and share any thoughts, bugs or feedback you may have!

Also I wasn't planning on another update until mid-late December, however the infinite multiplier bug on the Bonus table that has been reported a few times renders the leaderboard effectively pointless, so I wanted to get it patched ASAP before the December leaderboard kicks in. I've also taken on a few of the other smaller bugs  that have been reported alongside some graphical configuration improvements. A small bug-fix patch mainly with the following changes:

v0.9.35 Bug Fixes

• Bug Fix for Ball sticking to the Multiplier missions on the Bonus Table
• Fix for plunger (down arrow) triggering Nudge
• Fix for Blockers reappearing when continuing a saved game on Master difficulty or higher
• Maximum Ball Speed configured, since multiple consecutive bumper hits were causing it to go way too fast, causing collision detection issues and making it almost impossible to save (especially on the Bonus table) 
• Fix for some geometry collision happening every frame when not intended
• Fix for Web version saving issues on some browsers, games should now load correctly so long as browser cache isn't deleted
• Increased Flipper hit strength by 15%
• Reduces Demo table spinner count from 7 to 5 on each Ramp
• Widescreen mode now fully supported
• Fix for being able to nudge the ball off the table from the plunger area

v0.9.35 Graphical Settings

• Reworked Fullscreen and Windowed mode Refresh rates
  • Refresh rate selection has been replaced with VSync configuration
  • Defaults to 1 V Blank every frame when on FullScreen mode
  • Vsync can be disabled or set to every 2 V Blanks when on Fullscreen mode via Settings Menu
  • Uses native OS refresh rate when playing in Windowed mode (VSync disabled, rate clamped to 60Hz) 
  • Duplicate Screen Resolution options removed from settings Drop Down 

Again, more changes will come in the December update but wanted to address these issues as quickly as possible. If you find any other issues, please join the Discord server and let me know!
